A pale dram that’s been matured in American white oak bourbon casks that has a sweet nose with vanilla, tinned peaches and citrus.
On the palette there’s toffee with citrus fruits and sweet pear. It’s very smooth, almost creamy.
The finish is oaky and long with overtones of mint and toffee.
Not a cheap whisky but worth the investment IMHO.
