This is a fine sweet dram with a creamy nose which is almost milky with overtones of bourbon and fresh fruity apples.
On the palette it’s rich in bourbon with McCowans Highland Toffee and vanilla.
The finish is long and smooth with apples and custard.
In summary an inoffensive non-complex dram that’s a lowland in everything but name.
